Richard, I have the same methodology you have of viewing life through the grid of Scripture. This can be challenging, because faith without works is pretty worthless (or dead). Nevertheless, thank you for turning some eyes and ears to the Word, because if we did not have it, life would not be worth living, which is my adamant belief. So when I turned to my Bible app and read and listened like I did this morning, I was prompted to read about Elisha in 2 Kings and was reminded of the actions he took as he was led by the Holy Spirit. And this is the key to dealing with the current predicament true Believers find ourselves in yet another wicked and perverse generation, just like every one that preceded it. Like you stated in your article, too many of the "truth seeking" patriot community say a lot of the right things about God, Family, Country, et. al. But because we ALL look through a glass darkly, the distractions of the world system where we dwell, the fleshly human nature we inherited, and the destroying devil are persuasive yet surreptitious adversaries not necessarily recognized by many simply because they are NOT "flesh and blood, but invisible rulers, powers, worldly forces of this darkness, spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places." So what do we do, given these circumstances?

Perhaps we should pray for a "double portion" of the anointing that Elijah was apparently able to convey to Elisha. Remember the admonition from James 4:2 that we have not because we ask not. In the fuller context it says this:

"You crave and have not. You murder and you envy, yet you cannot get it. You fight and you wage war. You do not have because you do not ask. You ask and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives so you may spend it on your passions. You adulteresses! Don’t you know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you think that in vain the Scripture says, “He yearns jealously over the spirit which He made to dwell in us”? But He gives greater grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” Therefore submit to God. But resist the devil and he will flee from you.

Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded! Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned into mourning, and your joy into gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of Adonai, and He shall lift you up" (James 4:2-10).

So with all that being said, please continue to write uplifting articles that remind us of our Roman 1 challenges, that are not new, but lamentably, will be with us until the Messiah returns. Until then, I recommend we ALL pray for more wisdom, discernment, faith, and love to emanate from our souls.

Thank you for your insight. The wonders we shall see over the coming decades give me hope, for people of good will. Jesus did not come to start religions. His mission was to teach people the way of life, that creates good will. 🙏❤️🇺🇸

Wow! A clear view of what we spiritually know, but often physically are distracted from. We do need to look at the enemy’s actions; however, with a discerning eye that belief in our God provides. We need to fall to our knees, repent, pray for strength and get up and move forward with God’s armor in place. Thank you for the reminder and God continue to bless you and keep you.🙏

Amen! There is such a lack of repentance and humility before God. The churches that preach only Gods love and acceptance are not presenting the full gospel of salvation. They are leaving out our sinfulness that brings us to death and eternity without Christ be unless we repent and receive His forgiveness and be transformed by His grace! We must turn from our selfish ways and turn to Him in faith and be saved.

Choosing red state vs "blue"(but only because they lied to get in office) isn't what this author was advocating. Our enemy isn't people, or the supposed color of their state, or even their vaxx status. Everyone has the opportunity to turn to God. And He alone knows ones true heart. He also sent His son to die for us(every single human on Earth) giving us all a chance at ever lasting life. Our job is to learn and know His Word, and tell others. Become fishers of men. Not dividers of men. Love everyone, even your enemy, because He does. Teach them about Jesus🙏

The BOTTOM DOLLAR part. Not many know this, but Tennessee is working on its own currency. If successful, I'm pretty sure it will 'bleed over' to surrounding states. In time it will reach most of the US. I hope not the blue states, but I'm not in a position to decide. So it seems we have that going for us now too. An idiot on Twitter is trying to defend the menstrual problems that the vax created. I knew about those years ago, so I'd guess others did too. And he wants to defend it with a "you want to shout FIRE in a crowded theater too, I suppose." If there is a fire you betcha!

I love what you said...stick to the basics

Eventually we all die..I do not want to face my Lord and make excuses..at Confirmation we are to become Soldiers of Christ..even if I wind up like Joan of Arc..burned at the stake..better to die believing in something than to be afraid to live ..like a coward

Agree with the sentiment...good to hear from your perspective...always enjoy your writing. Hope all is well with you and your family. I also agree that we focus far too much on what the enemy is doing and not nearly enough on what God is doing, what He has promised for those who love Him and how the story ends. Spoiler alert, we win!

Share this far and wide! God’s people need to be on their knees and crying out for God’s intervention on this evil! The church needs to stand and remember who they are in Christ Jesus!

Phenomenal RtS! You are SPOT ON here. No one should ever underestimate the power of our Almighty Father and Creator, much less put him in the passenger's seat which I too have seen a lot of as of late in this battle. Thank you for this spiritually enlightening piece. Sharing far and wide. Godspeed my friend!
